Fresco Market is owned and operated by the Aguilar brothers – Pedro & Sergio. They currently own 3 Fresco Mexican Grill restaurants in addition to several other businesses.

But before their current projects, they first found success in the 90s with a supermarkets in Arvin & Lamont called “La Mexicana”. 3 decades later, they’ve returned to their market roots to serve the people of Bakersfield once again.
